Bureaucracy

Bureaucracy is derived from the bureaucracy (english bureau + cracy), defined as an organization that has a chain of command to the shape of a pyramid, where more people are below the level at the top level, usually found on the nature of administrative agencies and the military.

In the chain of command at any position and work responsibilities clearly described in the organigram. This organization also has strict rules and procedures that tend to be less flexible. Another characteristic is usually there are many forms to be completed and the delegation of authority must be conducted in accordance with the hierarchy of power.
